Chiltern Cold Storage Group Ltd (CCSG) believe that as a leading Cold Storage company in the United Kingdom, CCSG must lead not only economically, but environmentally and socially as well. The company understands that it is in a prominent position to affect the environment in the United Kingdom and beyond on a global scale. Our objective is not only to sustain our environment for future generations but to try and help reverse the affect of damage already done.

CCSG believe that our corporate responsibility goes beyond our proprietary borders and we must endeavour to cooperate with our neighbours and our suppliers to develop our business in a sustainable manner and reduce our carbon footprint. Every effort is made to conserve resources throughout our operations from fuel efficient state of the art route planning and vehicle tracking software to recycling packaging waste, cardboard and paper.

CCSG will continue to strive to source products and services locally using suppliers that are compliant with environmental best practice. Our success will be determined on a yearly basis with a commitment to improve. Furthermore, the company will not only meet existing environmental laws and regulations, but go beyond the status quo and seek techniques and approaches that position us ahead of our competition.

Our policy towards the environment will be readily available and promoted to our staff, business partners and customers. Growth of our company depends on its abilities to minimize or eliminate our impacts on our surroundings. Our company’s future and the future of our environment are interconnected.
